My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    I don't have either of those 2 tasks in my task schedular.

    With the regularity you are describing, I strongly recommend checking if you have HP Print Scan Doctor in your Task Scheduler and disabling both Printer Health Monitor and Printer Health Monitor Logon.

    Greetings to all:

    I have finally been able to determine some additional information on why I am getting this message for no reason that I know of.

    I can now say that this message prints out each day, only one time, between 6:00 and 6:20 p.m EST.

    I have an HP Omen desktop and an Epson WF-7840 printer.
