My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

So, after reading a bunch of replies, I tried the solution where you just set the printer up thru WIFI and it works great.

Of course, it only works now if the internet is up.

Where I live, internet is spotty.

So I can't generally print when it's windy, snowing, raining, or whatever.

Then I just plug it back in to USB and eat the extra paper when the error message prints.

    Sigh.

Yea, brother says this is a windows issue, microsoft says it is a brother issue. Your second step doesnt work for brother or windows 11. I feel microsoft owes me a few ink cartridges and reems of paper at this point.
