Diud the solution I provided above from DAniel Pratt1 not work for you? It does take a bit of hunting to locate the files he offered, but it does work. I have an HP printer and an HP computer and this has been an issue for me for nearly 2 years.

My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Were you able to try Daniel Pratt1's solution? It seems to have worked for me and a few others so far. I am nearly a week in from having tried it and zero pages/ink wasted since I did this solution of Daniel Pratt1 who did NOT have an HP printer or computer (I have both-multiple printers HP and 1 computer of 2 that is HP):
>>To add a potential fix into the mix, I was able to solve this for 2 of my users with USB connected Brother printers by going into Task Scheduler, Expanding out Task Scheduler Library > HP > HP Print Scan Doctor, and changing "Print Health Monitor" and "Print Health Monitor Logon" to Disable.
These computers do not have HP printers, are not HP computers, and should in no way have had this HP software, but disabling it resolved the issue of the 1 page error printing. <<

2024-02-11T03:40:53+00:00 You could not have said that any better. I am waiting on an attorney to take this up as a class action lawsuit. Perhaps we could be reimbursed for the reams of paper, the ink we are using and the damage we are causing to the environment.
