My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

Although mine is an Epson WF110, this Brother solution seems to have worked (I have two Brother printers not hooked up to USBs, so I'm ready if I ever need to reconfigure their connection).

    Thanks for providing this.

I must rescind my original optimism here. The problem continues. It appears to happen less frequently than it used to but with precisely the same symptoms. My workaround of using the WiFi Direct connection will have to do. Yet another MS problem in the never-addressed bin.

Gave up on having my Brother multifunction printer scanner hooked up to Windows 11 computer with a USB cable.

Despite doing everything detailed regarding those "informational notifications, " they kept returning.

Hopefully, the Wi-Fi connection will be stable with that Brother MFC-L2750DW.

Don't have time for more trouble shooting.

    Next time an HP Printer.

What do you mean by "Go into your website app"? The folder where the edge program is stored or look at some option in the edge program?

    Thanks

I tried your instructions, but they did not work. I have an hp Envy laptop running windows 11. I am USB connected to my Epson ET-3760 printer. I bought the GeekSquad annual tech support contract, but they have not been able to fix the problem either. The problem appears to be with Windows 11. Please update your suggested instructions to fix this.
