My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

Nothing I tried works for me either. I have to turn the printer off after each print. Very very frustrating.

I wish that worked for mine. I had tried that several weeks ago and it didn't work on mine. Someone suggested last week to go into the reg edit and perform several deletes. After that, my printer stopped for a few hours then started doing it again and then started doing other weird things like printing upside down on forms, needing to be unplugged to print more than 1 job in a row, etc. so I had to do a total uninstall and reinstall of the printer 2xs to get it back up and running. The person who posted the regedit suggestion did give the warning that it can be "dangerous" and it was for mine. :( I am glad you found a solution, BJ and Chuck and I hope it sticks for your printers! I cannot unplug my USB as my printer doesn't have wireless capability which is the only solution that I have found works. I just unplug the USB when I am not using it so it doesn't print the pages upon waking throughout the day/night and just prints a handful. It is just something you have to remember to do--unplug the USB when not in use.
