My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    That was the first thing I tried. Followed that with all the suggested variations on unplugging power cords from printer computer, and the replugging them in a variety of sequences, etc. Switched the USB port in and even replaced the USB cable. None of these voodoo solutions made any difference. I can't connect the printer over Wi-Fi because it has no panel to enter data and im using Nest routers. It's the only printer i have that will print single envelopes so it ticks me off that I am losing that capability if I have to scrap the printer because of a software error that should have been corrected by Microsoft.

    I had the same issue.....I disconnected the USB cable after unplugging and restarting the printer and the issue is resolved.

    Em,

    I am unplugging the USB today to see if that works rather than unplugging/turning power off. I went online to look for a replacement HP laserjet enterprise printer that I could use wirelessly because I am over this and they are now double the price I paid for this thing 5 years ago.

    I just got off chat with Micrsoft support. I had uninstalled and reinstalled my Epson Workforce 2500. When I did get through to Microsoft. They had me turn off the printer and disconnect the plugs. Waited a good two minutes and reattached.....unbelievebly this worked......so far.

    Is this still working for you? Funny enough, I do this all day long just to keep it from waking itself up and then over night and it doesn't work for my printer.
