My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Is there a good alternative to MicroSoft? I am not able to find one. They have a monopoly on the software suites packaging.

We are talking to ourselves here on this thread, Microsoft probably does not read or even care about what we are experiencing. As long as they can push their software down our throats.

Same probably with a Brother HL-L6200DW, what the hell Microsoft. I'm going to sue you for paper lost and time lost messing with this BS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got off chat with Micrsoft support. I had uninstalled and reinstalled my Epson Workforce 2500. When I did get through to Microsoft. They had me turn off the printer and disconnect the plugs. Waited a good two minutes and reattached.....unbelievebly this worked......so far.
