My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

I have not. Because of my office environment I do not want to connect wirelessly so am connected by USB and I think that is the issue. Some have said they switched to wireless connection and it fixed the issue for them.
Yes, that is the only solution that I have seen work for others, but my printer does not even offer wireless capability. It HAS to be connected via USB cable, so I am left to either continue wasting paper OR spend another $1300 on a new LaserPrinter that offers wireless capability. I swear these companies think we are all as wealthy as their stockholders and spending money on a new item to fix THEIR errors is no major inconvenience. If I knew someone who worked at MS, I would ask them how to contact someone "at the top" on this. It is absolutely ridiculous!

Personally I think it is deliberate by Microsoft as they seek to force us to utilize their stuff exclusively. Kinda like the issues of trying to use firefox(mozilla) instead of edge.
I would go with you on that but how are they making us utilize their stuff exclusively? Do they make printers now or are you saying only use MS printer software? I totally would believe it. I love that they are this huge company and cannot fix minor issues like this that are their own fault.
CP Murphy try this and let me know.
I had done all of those at various times in the past and NONE have worked so far. Were you able to get it to work for you?
