My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

End.

I have the ET 4700 and I never upgraded to 11, Mine started to do it after I accidentally updated my firmware.

I have the ET-4750 and it has been doing this for over 2 years before I upgraded to windows 11. So I don't believe that is the problem.

I'd rather go through it again it saves a lot of paper doing it and updates aren't that often.

This is so intriguing. I turned off the HP thing early on and it did nothing to help. I had had an HP printer at one time so the suggestion seemed logical.

Again, after all these suggestions, it was the usb/wifi combination that cured it. I've had a firmware update to my Dell since then and it's still ok.

I have purchased a different dongle that has an rs232 port. I'm going to test that to see if I can narrow anything else down.

Mine quit as well, however, every time my computer updates...there it is again. Now I have to go through this process after every update.
