My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Switching to WiFi from USB connection is not practical for me. My printer does not have a WiFi capability without purchasing add-in hardware that I tried once before without success. Why can't I get a solution that is just an extension of what I've been doing for years--just a simple USB cable connection?

Unplug your USB print cable, delete the printer in Printers & Scanners then reinstall it (Add Printer) but switch your connection this time to Wi-Fi.
As others have said, switching your printer to Wi-Fi appears to solve the problem. If that's not something you can do, try pressing the "cancel print" button every time your printer wakes up. I'm afraid that's all I have to offer until Microsoft issue a fix.

You are very gracious to help an old retired NY trial lawyer who doesn't know anything about computers, now that I don't have associates to guide me. I'll find someone who knows how to linkup to wi-fi, just like airplane mode.
