My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!

    Hello Roy:

    I had the same problem with my Epson ET-3710 printer. Only way that I could correct the issue is to remove my USB cable and connect to my printer by WIFI. That has fixed the problem.

    The Windows symbol is the key on your keyboard. It is just right of your control key (left bottom row). I tried what everyone was saying about holding it down along with pressing the other key/keys and it never solved my printer issue with Windows.

    I fully understand your frustration. I had the same frustration. Windows needs to fix their problem.
