Might be related. I am having the same issue with WF 4740 Epson. My anti virus protection keeps wanting to check an Epson USB but I cannot find it anywhere in my system. Just what not why. Bruce Fisher
GET /eSCL/ScannerStatus HTTP/1.1The question is how do I stop it.
My printer is prompted to print this at the top of pages, usually from drawer #2 which is envelopes. I have an Epson WF-4740. The information on line indicates that this is an across the board problem. I have contacted Epson and they say it is a Microsoft problem. To date I have tried every suggested fix but nothing stops it. Extremely frustrating!!!!
End.

2024-04-02T20:31:54+00:00 This PC > Windows (C:) > Program Files HPPrintScanDoctor
Then there are 4 Application files:
HPPrinterHealthMontior
HPPrintScanDoctorDeploymentMgr
HPPrintScanDoctorService
HPSUPD-Win32Exe
I wasn't sure which of these was causing the problem, so I just edited ahead of each one with the word TEMP and a space.
Hope this works for you.
