My problem is that my phone link shows my old phone and my new phone. And I no longer have the old phone to make any changes on. My app on my PC does not have a delete device option and I cannot delete the app in my old phone. I was going to uninstall and re-install the phone link app on my PC, but it is not in the lists of apps or uninstallable programs.
how to remove the device on phone link? It only shows me the disable/enable button.
hi guys, how to remove the device on phone link? It only shows me the disable/enable button. thank you.

In my case, I never use the Bluetooth option. I don't use my computer to make cellphone calls. I use it only for the SMS features.

2025-01-17T12:10:49+00:00 Hello,
I found a solution by myself that works.
Just download and install an old phone link app, for example
phone-link-1-24022-69-0.appxbundle
from https://phone-link.en.uptodown.com/windows/download/127488292
or from anywhere you can find an older version before (April 2024)
and follow the onscreen instructions to overwrite the newer app already installed in your windows.
You can install this older app by right clicking the downloaded file and selecting install.
This will allow you to delete the old device as the delete option will be available.
Then you can update phone link to the latest version using windows update.
Spyros
I somehow managed to connect to this older version but when I'm in it, only the current device is visible (and removable), the other two that still show up in Settings, Bluetooth and Devices, Mobile Devices do not! Does anyone have an idea what to do now? So close...

2025-01-14T22:24:54+00:00 Disabling the no longer used phone will hopefully remove it from Phone Link. Also you could have provided the URL so we users could go directly to the required site. Thank you nonetheless, Adrian.
