That's because you missed an important DISM command after mounting the ISO. There are two commands, but you ran only the 2nd one.

First, open this PC and determine which drive letter has been assigned to the ISO. Install the CAB, as mentioned in the article. Then, run the 2nd command. It's not that difficult. Paying more attention is all that's needed. Read the article and follow the steps exactly as mentioned.

    Thank you for your patience.

I tried to run the first line of the command multiple times. However, it does not let me finish the command as this blue screen appears and then my laptop restarts.

Please open the folder "C:\Windows\Minidump" and copy the available minidump files to the desktop. Then, share them via OneDrive so they can be analyzed.

After uploading the mini dumps, please do a repair installation again, as we've now fixed the original issue (0x80070057).

The Windows Modules Installer (TrustedInstaller) service seems to have crashed and the driver that caused the crash couldn't be determined. Maybe running Driver Verifier will help narrow down the issue.

But see if a repair installation resolves the issue and brings back .Net Framework 3.5.
