Pc restarting after closing a game

Hello,

When i'm closing a game (especially skull and bones), my pc reboots, i did some digging in the windows event log and i saw that it was this error which was causing the reboot: 0x00000116.

I already tried updating my drivers, formatting my hard drives and updated my bios but i still have this error and i have no idea what to do now.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Your power supply is above what is recommended for the RTX 2060 SUPER, which is 550 W.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to test the motherboard using OCCT. I've also never seen a viable tool for testing the motherboard. But you can use OCCT to test the CPU.

    my graphic cards is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER.

    If i connect the monitor and test it with OCCT, it will be able to verify if it is the motherboard no ?

    Also, i use a corsair TXM 850M so the wattage is 850W.

    The latest minidumps mention the same error and the Nvidia driver as the cause of the crash.

    Since you've already done a clean install of Windows and used MemTest86, which didn't detect any RAM issues, I'm afraid the problem is hardware-related. Based on the behaviors you mentioned, I suspect the graphics card or motherboard. But there is a small chance that it is the power supply.

    What is the manufacturer and model of your graphics card? (Example: Asus DUAL-RTX3060-O12G)

    What is the wattage of your power supply?

    I see you have the "Intel Core i9-10850K" processor which has graphics capabilities. Is it possible to remove the graphics card and use the integrated GPU temporarily to see if the system will work stable?

    You will need to connect the monitor to one of the motherboard's video outputs.
