3D Builder has disappeared from my Windows 10 and the MS store doesn't have a download option to put it back

The title pretty much says it all.

For some reason 3D Builder is no longer listed on my PC. It does not exist in Add/Remove programs either. No idea why.

The point is that I can't get it back because when I go to the MS store there is no download button available.

How do I get 3D builder reinstalled on my PC?

You can download the offline installer from Microsoft via https://store.rg-adguard.net/

  1. Visit https://store.rg-adguard.net/
  2. Paste the following link in the text box provided: https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9wzdncrfj3t6
  3. Click the button with a tick mark.
  4. Download these three files:

(a) Microsoft.WindowsPreview.Kinect.8.1_2.0.1410.19000_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx

(b) Microsoft.VCLibs.120.00_12.0.21005.1_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.Appx

(c) Microsoft.3DBuilder_2015.209.2327.4143_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe.appxbundle

  1. Install items (a) and (b). Then, run the .AppxBundle file to install it.

    This doesn't work for me in Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (Build 22631.4391). All I get is a greyed-out "Get" button in the MS Store app.

    hello,

    Thanks for helping download all files required. I got 3D Builder to load onto my pc, problem is that the 3D Builder screen comes up for a couple of seconds then disappears.

    Any suggestions?.

    The problem is that it will not allow me to download not that I stopped at any point, I was stopped from downloading by that warning.. I tried to click on the grayed out download and nothing happened.

    The instructions did nothing, each file you advised to download would not download and posting a warning that the files could not be downloaded safely.

    The instructions did nothing because you stopped at that point instead of clicking the "Keep" option in your browser. The insecure warning doesn't stop you from downloading the files; it is because the links are HTTP instead of HTTPS.
