i cant reset my laptop (lenovo) and i cant reinstall windows 10 and i cant install windows 11

i tried all ways to upgrade or reinstall windows but it's not enough !! (windows 10\11 installation has failed )

    1. Delete the hidden "C:$WINDOWS.~BT" folder.
    2. Clean boot Windows using Msconfig.exe. See this link for more information:

    (pay special attention to step 3. you must enable "Hide all Microsoft services" before clicking "Disable all".)
