Windows 11 24H2 USB Audio Issues (timing out)

I have upgraded to Windows 11 24H2 (26100.712) and am having issues with getting my USB Audio systems to stay awake. Whenever there is no sound playing, my USB audio system turns itself off, thinking that there is no power to the USB port that it's connected to.

I've changed the setting in advanced power options to disable selective suspend, but this does not do anything. I've also disabled powering down the drive setting in Device Manager (for USB ports), and still no luck.

My machine is pretty much useless as a work machine now, as my USB audio (Bose Companion 5) system turns off within minutes of no audio, silencing my machine so I'm unable to hear notifications or calls.

This bug has only happened since installing 24H2, I've checked device manager and there seems to have been new drivers installed with this update, so potentially some changes there.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling my driver and I still end up with dropouts and no audio until I reboot an application. This has now happened in Chrome, Reaper, and Zoom. I've adjusted settings multiple times to no avail

For those experiencing the same issue of having no audio from their USB audio interface after installing Win 11 24H2, I had to contact MS to get the issue resolved. The tech went through a slew of drivers, updating some, to no avail. But finally he reinstalled my latest Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 driver again and, voila, Win 11 then recognized the interface in its sound panel and I could then use it again with Pro Tools.

I installed the Windows 11 24H2 update yesterday and not only did it screw up my PC audio (I had to reset to the speakers setting to get PC sound back), but it also killed my Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 USB interface altogether. I tried reinstalling the Focusrite driver and its USB driver, but Windows still doesn't recognize the device in the sound panel and I get no activity lights on the 2i4 when Windows comes up like I used to see. So now I'm completely dead in the water for doing any work with my Pro Tools software. Does anyone have a fix for this?
