What are the unknown devices actually. I have "Andere Geräte" which would translate to "Other devices", not unknown. Among them I see "GSND Audio", listed as "working properly" and not showing any driver information at all.

I have upgraded to Windows 11 24H2 (26100.712) and am having issues with getting my USB Audio systems to stay awake. Whenever there is no sound playing, my USB audio system turns itself off, thinking that there is no power to the USB port that it's connected to.
I've changed the setting in advanced power options to disable selective suspend, but this does not do anything. I've also disabled powering down the drive setting in Device Manager (for USB ports), and still no luck.
My machine is pretty much useless as a work machine now, as my USB audio (Bose Companion 5) system turns off within minutes of no audio, silencing my machine so I'm unable to hear notifications or calls.
This bug has only happened since installing 24H2, I've checked device manager and there seems to have been new drivers installed with this update, so potentially some changes there.

Going to sleep after inactivity is I think the issue here in this thread. However, for most people the devices do wake up and no reboot is necessary. It is just that the on/off is very annoying. I mean *very*, as here are some pro users and that could mean that your active speakers pop. As they do when you turn off and on the USB devices.
That would be at least exactly my issue. The USB interface turns on and off all the time, and my speaker pops with it.

2025-03-04T11:24:40+00:00 That doesn’t look like the fix TBH. The issue is with USB devices having a delayed start of 2-5 seconds.
They turn off and then take a few seconds to reactivate. This causes audio playback to lag and can cause programs to start slowly.
24h4 is a total joke.

When is this fix available in the stable channel? How can Microsoft not stop the update rollout for the users that have such a USB device. Do we suppose to just try out any update every month and just hope for the best? That's a bit of a joke. Of course, an update can fail, and it did, and I did a roll back. But why can't we have a stable notification or issue we can subscribe to, and just wait for it to resolve?
