I do not think you are using the word "directly" properly. Answering in this way is hypocritical. Someone who cares? Would not have wasted my time answering at all. If you cannot answer a question with honesty - "directly" is not honest here - do not answer at all.
What do I have to do to speak to an actual human?

In an attempt to remain cordial. Could someone please point me in the direction of an actual working support number, that will have an actual human on the other end. I need to be able to speak to someone for the help I need because it’s a complicated issue I don’t exactly know how to explain, and poorly constructed drop down windows unfortunately have not helped aid in my quest for a solution in any way, shape, or form, for the past two hours…. And that’s just the time I’ve spent trying to find out how to actually speak to someone for help…. So can I please get some assistance in this department so I can fix this computer, and continue my work.

If it's the app try the same on their webpage Contact Us - Microsoft Support

2025-01-02T21:22:27+00:00 My partners account has been highjacked, all her accounts were compromised usinh her outook/ Hotmail email address and they changed her password, mobile number and subsequently her attempts to log in left the account locked. This hacking and breech has led to further fraud in other accounts such as PayPal, Sky and card accounts. In all cases we have managed to speak to someone to rectify the action and change the email details so correspondence can be made and accounts protected. The guidance from Microsoft to unlock any hacked accounts involves access to the account and verification sent to linked email accounts, which we have no access to as they have been locked. Hence why we are now at loggerheads and left with this being the only forum to ask for help. I am aware that many organisations suffer such attacks. But a quick search on this and other forums also shows we are not alone in being frustrated with, with no recovery contingency in place with hacked the Microsoft / Outlook / Hotmail accounts
