My pc has been crashing during gaming.

I've had this laptop for a while now, my laptop is also approx 4 years old, idk if this may be the cause of my problems. Most games I play crash and it's related to my GPU.

I've pretty much tried everything except for reading my "Event Viewer" errors. I was wondering if someone could help me read through these errors. This is my error viewer log, I've already filtered error, warning, and critical.

If you want to know about my drivers, I've installed newer versions from intel and manufactuer websites, since the asus website for my drivers are 3-4 years old.

    Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

    You don't need to use DDU. Only install the latest drivers provided by Asus for your device.

    I also suggest not installing any other unnecessary third-party software (Could Ghelper or Armory Crate) and see if the computer works stable.

    If your computer works stable and you want to install one of these software, first create a restore point.

    If installing the software causes the system to become unstable, you can restore it to the point where it was stable.

    I've successfully reinstalled windows, should I redo the the steps of DDU and Asus' Drivers installations from previously?

    Edit: Could Ghelper (basically tells my pc when to go to performance mode or just quiet mode. be causing the issue, I use it instead of Armory Crate. But if I want to use it, I need to download this, which I always do.

    Do you have a specific set of instructions you could provide? I'm getting a lot of different methods of reinstalling windows. I also don't have any available USB flash drives or DVDS on me.

    Thanks for the clarification.

    I know you've already done the factory reset, but is it possible to back up your files and perform a clean install of Windows?

    If it is not a hardware problem, this problem will not survive a clean install of Windows.
