White flashing dots all over the screen (sometimes red green and blue)

I am getting SO frustrated with these dots. They make my mouse stop working every 10 seconds so I have to turn the mouse off and back on again just to do the same thing 10 seconds later. I had to post this on another device since it was so tedious to use the trackpad. They are really hard to see when they’re on bright colors but when you put a black picture on full screen, all the dots are just dancing around. I have tried downloading a NVDIA driver but it doesn’t even show up, I have tried uninstalling my current driver, I have tried going to my Windows Update to see if my current version up to date, I have browsed the Microsoft Community page for people who have the same problem as me, just for all the solutions to not work. Since I have browsed the Microsoft Community page for people who have the same problem, I am pretty sure this is a driver problem.

    oh my... Get ready, I opened the file named drivers, there was a folder named P015MA.B2Z, then a folder named SWSETUP, then a folder named DRV, then a folder named DriverOther, then a folder named HP, then a folder named HSAFusion_55MAB2, then a folder that looks like ANOTHER IP address, then a folder named src along with a Windows Command Script called install, then a CVA file and a BTO file. The CVA file was named P015MAB2.cva then the BTO file was named P015MAB2.bto. Then in the "src" file there were three files named Base, Comp and Ext respectively, another Windows Command Script called install, then an application called hpdc. In the Base folder there was a folder named x64, a Security Catalog named hpcustomcapdriverx64, then a Setup Information named hpcustomcapdriver. Then in the x64 folder there was a System file named hpcustomcapdriver.sys. Going back to the "src" folder, in it's Comp folder, everything there is the same as everything in the Base folder except in the x64 folder there were a BUNCH of files. Going back to the "src" folder once more, in it's Ext folder, there was ANOTHER a Security Catalog named hpcustomcapdriverx64, then a Setup Information named hpcustomcapext. Then to answer your question, I don't think there was.

    Is there a Setup.exe file in the extracted files that you need to double click to install the drivers?

    Uh, I finished installing. I think... I clicked the file named sp.153009.exe, then I finished the Installing Wizard thing. I extracted it to the same file. Now what?

    In that case, install that Intel HD graphics driver they provide.
