i am getting this message since 2 months, and battery drains within an hour

    I think the best option will be to contact HP Support on that web page, they can provide you with the Diagnostics Tool you need to test your battery, that link does not seem to be downloading a diagnostics tool.

    That indicates you should connect the mains cable to your laptop and run that test again.

    That indicates your battery is healthy there is no hardware problems.

    Go back into Device Manager, then in the 'Other Devices' section, right click and delete that unknown device

    Restart your laptop, does that device re-appear in the 'Other Devices' section?
