That device ID is the default Windows battery driver, right click it and choose Uninstall, then restart (not shut down) your laptop.
Then open Device Manager and expand the Batteries section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

That driver seems to be installed correctly, in the batteries section, the device below in your screenshot in the Other Devices section, is that still the same device you previously provided the Device ID of?

Here is the support page for your laptop, from the Diagnostics section, donwload the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows app and run that, does it find any problem with your battery?
