    On that ACPI device dialog in Device Manager, select the Details tab.

    Set the Property drop-down menu to Hardware ID's.

    Right click the top item in the resulting list and select Copy.

    That seems to be some app troubleshooter, not a hardware diagnostics, where are you accessing that from?
