Same problem.
It is likely a bug in the new release 24H2 if you downloaded the iso recently.
Using an earlier version (23H2 in my case) solved the problem.

I've built a PC and tried installing Windows 11 on it by creating a bootable USB drive with the Microsoft Media Creation Tool. My PC booted up but is showing a screen that says "Install Driver to show hardware". I've downloaded all the drivers listed from the Asus support page for the corresponding motherboard model (Asus Prime B450M-A II), unzipped them and moved them to the USB, but I still get the same screen and selecting the folder with the drivers or any of the sub-folders gives me an error that says "Error: No drivers were found".

2024-10-15T11:31:15+00:00 Yes! I had the same experience as Moaz. I replaced the USB and it worked fine. I initially tried a different one of the same brand as the first and it did not work, but a third one, of a different manufacturer, worked fine. It appears some brands of USB's cause this issue.
