Copilot sign-in issue (Age verify)

Hello Microsoft! After the Copilot have changed the interface, I have got a problem to sign-in and use it.

It keep showing as picture below. I have click to verify my age and it link me to microsoft account page to verify.

It just keeps me on my basic information page and not jump me back to the Copilot app.

It doesn’t have any button to continue.

    This is not a helpful response! How do 18 year old's get support or help to get access to copilot? Helping my daughter and it links just keep going in circles!!

    You don't need to be over 18. The "verify age" option never worked for me, but when I selected "Sign in with another account" it worked right away even though I selected the same account.

    hey

    I have been facing the same issue. I did all the above steps and I'm still not able to sign in. and yes, my cc is not and adult acc . is there anything i can d to fix this issue? really need to use copilot
