You don't need to be over 18. The "verify age" option never worked for me, but when I selected "Sign in with another account" it worked right away even though I selected the same account.

Hello Microsoft! After the Copilot have changed the interface, I have got a problem to sign-in and use it.
It keep showing as picture below. I have click to verify my age and it link me to microsoft account page to verify.
It just keeps me on my basic information page and not jump me back to the Copilot app.
It doesn’t have any button to continue.

2024-10-16T12:35:55+00:00 I have a surface pro 9 andi have a copilot app already on it but when i click onto it it says age verification or sign into a diffreent account so i click on age verification and put all my details into it and then i press save but i still cannot sign into copilot

2024-10-16T12:17:15+00:00 An easy fix: clear all cookies and site data, then reload the page. Just make sure you don't log in.
