Copilot sign-in issue (Age verify)

Hello Microsoft! After the Copilot have changed the interface, I have got a problem to sign-in and use it.

It keep showing as picture below. I have click to verify my age and it link me to microsoft account page to verify.

It just keeps me on my basic information page and not jump me back to the Copilot app.

It doesn’t have any button to continue.

I have already edited my information, but I still can’t use it.

FYI I’m above 18 year old now.

The second picture below doesn’t contains my information because I covered it for my privacy :).

Based on the situation, it is likely that either your Microsoft account is not an adult one, or the birth date has not been set.

Please go to the Microsoft account's profile page, and see whether the birth date is set. If not, please select the "Edit profile", and edit the birth date. Wait a few hours to allow the account information to update, and see whether the issue persists.
