Below 18 can't use Copilot? I sure could use it till now but this stuff started

Hello Microsoft! After the Copilot have changed the interface, I have got a problem to sign-in and use it.
It keep showing as picture below. I have click to verify my age and it link me to microsoft account page to verify.
It just keeps me on my basic information page and not jump me back to the Copilot app.
It doesn’t have any button to continue.

2024-10-07T19:58:01+00:00 I am wondering what the age limit for an 'Adult Account' is. I am under 18, but over 13. My brother is in the same age range, but he is signed in and creating images while I'm wondering what to do. I keep verifying my age, and I keep being not able to use Copilot.

2024-10-07T19:06:52+00:00 I am also over the age of 18 yet whenever I update my age it never takes me back and I am unable to use it.
Before the update It was smooth sailing but I found when I was using the program after the update before signing in it sucked. It never gave me the sources like before and kept saying every single question was general knowledge.

2024-10-10T14:03:35+00:00 So, under 18s can't use Copilot now? I'm 17 and used to be able to use Copilot. Now, the same thing verify my age issue is popping up.
