Win 11 Version 24H2 Update is getting an error when its at 8%

Laptop - Lenovo Ideapad Gaming

Specs - Ryzen 5 6600H With Radeon Graphics, Ram - 16GB, 3050 RTX, 500 GB SSD

Been Having problems updating to the new version (24H2) would help if u could figure out what could be the underlying cause.

If u cannot see the screenshot, heres the breif description of the error msg :

This PC doesnt currently meet the win 11 requirements

Heres Why:

We couldnt update system reserved partition

the following is the list of the files to be deleted according to your last email.

is it safe being boot files deleted?

Hi Satish,

Those commands are safe to run. The 3rd command deletes all font files in the EFI folder, as suggested by Microsoft in their KB article.

The 4th command simply lists the 10 biggest files in that partition.

Thanks so much for your reply Ramesh Srinivasan. I am in Germany and not so fit for commands in Adminstratior cmd as well as Powershell. So I am searching a friend who can personally come to me or login per TeamViewer at my Laptop/Computer. If I don´t find anybody I will try on my own, but I am afraid that I can kill my system totally. I will reply to you as soon as possible.

Please open an admin Command Prompt window (instead of PowerShell) and run these commands one by one:
```
mountvol Y: /s

cd /d Y:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Fonts

del *.ttf

powershell -command "GCI Y:\  -File -Recurse | Sort Length -descending | Select FullName, Length -first 10"

dir Y:\
```

Hello Ramesh:

I have same Problem and can not install Windows 11 24H2 on Dell Latitude 7420, where Windows 11 already installed.

Error Code 0xc1900200 and 0xc1900201 .

EFI Partion is only 100 MB.

Please help.
