Black screen issues on Windows 11 24H2 when ALT+TABing?

So as the title suggests, when I ALT+TAB from a game both of my screens go black for about 4-5 seconds and then work normally.
Is anyone else having this issue and if so, is there a solution?

I was not able to update to 23h2 I had to use the Windows installer Assistant and iot forced me 24h2 and I have the Balck screen issue when playing video games Its inconvinient to say the elast also I have a AMD system with NVIDIA Grapphics card and the Preferded Graphic processor is not an Option in the Magae 3D Setting if you have an RTX card
How can I revert to the 23h2 O.S Build?

2025-01-25T00:29:16+00:00 Topic from september 2024, and yet on January 24 this POS update gets installed on my PC overnight and boom - alt+tab is instantly broken.
Update contains a very widespread bug, which was known by MS for months at this point, and yet you guys still ship this update to me regardless? This is completely unacceptable.

2025-01-13T18:08:18+00:00 Dude I am a sample size of 1 and I for sure can with 100% certainty tell you the “research team” escalation at Microsoft doesn’t know **** about this. Nor do they think it’s related. They claim that since I installed my OS four times now. That Win 11 24h2 isn’t the culprit. I still have an active and open case with them. If you have something you’d like me to mention or ask let me know and I’ll report back.
