Anyway to not update to 24H2 but still get security updates?

Hey, I have a question about windows Update, is there anyway to stay on 23h2 but still get security updates without upgrading to 24h2 automatically I just have updates pauzed for now but I still want security patches, I've heard there have been a lot of issues on 24h2 so thought id ask. Also other updates just not 24H2

I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT IS TAKING HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS AND HOURS. Everything that I had hoped to accomplish today is now completely off the table as this effing GDMFSB computer is tied up with a four hour update.
HOW DOES ANYONE GET ANY WORK DONE WHEN YOU HAVE ABSOLUTE ZERO COMNTROL OVER YOUR MACHINE. AND I DO NOT HAVE A FLINTSTONES SETUP 32GB OF RAM AND IT IS TAKING FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordinarily I would have been busy working. BUT I HAVE ONLY TIME TO EMPTY OUT MY COMPLETE BOTTOMLESS WELL OF ANGER, HATRED, AND TOTAL RESENTMENT TOWARD "THE NEW WAY."
FOR EVERY HOUR OR WORK I GET DONE, I SPEND LITERALLY TEN HOURS FIXING THE THINGS MICROSOFT AND ADOBE BROKE!
AND YES, RESISTANCE IS FUTILE BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN I AM GOING TO SHUT UP ABOUT IT.

2025-01-19T22:54:13+00:00 that is unfortunate! - using feedback hub is a more formal way to provide feedback IMO. These web forums capture sentiment and dialog and interactions between people and sure they can be data mined but none of that is substitute for formal feedback. ;-) (i have found using co pilot to help me re-write the feedback can help turn the frustrations into clear words) Even with the change in policy there are cases it should not update, when the group policy is applied. Ask Co as in COPILOT about the group policy to stick to 23H2. Generally the 24H2 update is a good thing and brings much goodness, in those cases that not a shared sentiment all around , (i get it sometimes you just need to get some work done with what you have that is working, and sometimes the update motions are disruptive or have bugs - and rollback is frequently an option but not always in every case for everything perfectly working) == the group policy is intended to give you the power to defer the update.
