Anyway to not update to 24H2 but still get security updates?

Hey, I have a question about windows Update, is there anyway to stay on 23h2 but still get security updates without upgrading to 24h2 automatically I just have updates pauzed for now but I still want security patches, I've heard there have been a lot of issues on 24h2 so thought id ask. Also other updates just not 24H2

    if you really think you did not click the feature update offer. might be a bug there. maybe. it could help to send a feedback hub submission. about sticking on 23H2 : ask co-pilot 'what is the group policy registry key for staying on win11 23h2 version'

    You should hold off on 24h2 for a while, it has caused screen MAJOR screen tearing on many people's devices. (Typically, when they are running multiple things or playing a game.) Try to stay in 23h2 or go to windows 10.

    Ho do I set it to delay? And is that only for feature updates like 24H2 or also for any other update?
