Is the problem happening when the laptop is connected to the charger?
CPU and GPU drops causing FPS drops in all games
While gaming my cpu and gpu drops and all my games drops fps, in seconds ist normal but more seconds after it drops again, i already tried to restore, to update my drivers, the temps is okay, only thing that is high is the RAM (80%). Its a DELL G15 that i bought in feb, and already disable the movment sensor

Go to Windows Settings > System > Power.
Check if the Power Mode option is set to "High Performance".
Reinstall your GPU driver by doing a clean uninstall of the current driver using the DDU tool.
Download the drivers available on the manufacturer's website.

Open the NVIDIA Experience settings and check if you have the "Nvidia Overlay" option enabled, if so, disable the option and then see if the problem still persists.
