Speaker not working after installing some updates.

My Norton AntiVirus updated drivers that were old and now I do not have any sound from my laptop computer. The bottom icon is a speaker with and "x" through it. If I right click, it says No audio Device is Selected" But I just want my laptop speaker to work.

my laptop model is Dell Inspiron 15 7000 Gaming, My computer speakers are not working, and when I connect headphones, there's no sound either on headphone. An 'X' symbol with a red color appears on the speaker icon, and the computer makes a crackling sound." and when i am updating the BIOS driver the crackling sound stops." and after restart the crackling sound start again.
when i am clicking on speaker symbol, comment; no speak and headphone are plagued in.
Sound setting; no output device found, and input setting are also shows with no input device found/ i don't what to do, anyone can contact me on 0093771846973 WhatsApp for help
