"Show taskbar buttons on: All Taskbars" setting keeps resetting on sleep

Turning News and Interests on might fix it for some, but that definitely does nothing for me, so that's also not a definitive thing.

I've been having the exact same issue for the past several weeks now and have also not found a solution yet, only the temporary one of swapping the "show taskbar buttons on" option to a different one and then back to 'all taskbars'.

I'd also like to note, it doesn't require me to have my pc go to sleep or whatever, it also happens if I simply turn off my main monitor (connected through DisplayPort) and back on again.

It then swaps it to the option of 'main taskbar and taskbar where window is open', just not visually (settings still says it's on 'all taskbars' and the registry also states this.), however it's also a bit bugged at that, because while 'main taskbar and taskbar where window is open' is selected it also removes the icon from the taskbar when the specified window is closed / moved to the other monitor, it does *not* do this when it's in the bugged 'all taskbars' mode.

It keeps them on the taskbar after I've moved a window over to the second monitor, even after closing said window or moving it back, so it somehow still noticed that it should stay there, just doesn't show all of them at once.

Same thing for me, any time computer goes into sleep mode the system thinks it is set to "Show taskbar buttons on> Main taskbar and taskbar where window is open" when it is actually set to "Show taskbar buttons on> All taskbars". I have to switch the setting to something different, then back to All taskbars for it to actually work. Extremely annoying. Started happening when I bought and set up a new monitor as my main display of a different resolution than my previous/2nd display.

Additionally, the first time I encountered this issue, my main display's icons on the taskbar were expanded to show their program names/titles (i.e. Chrome would show the name of the tab open in the taskbar). I fixed this and it hasn't happened again since, but the Show taskbar buttons issue has been consistent whenever entering sleep mode.

Driver update directly from NVIDIA website did NOT fix the issue. After restarting with the News setting turned off, I am back to having my bugged taskbar on the second monitor.

Same issue here. Tried upgrading everything, restarting, cleaning up stuff, nothing worked.
