Can anyone advise me how to stop the 'Proxy settings per user' in the Registry under 'Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings' from returning to Zero everytime I reboot the PC when I want it to stay set at 1. I am not an expert on PC but can sort things out if I'm given clear instructions. I am running the latest up to date version of Windows 10. Many thanks in advance.

Ramesh, have done clean boot and then rebooted again to test 1 - 0 with the same result that is goes back to 0 after the computer has run for about 30 - 60 seconds. Have deleted the Procom and reinstalled it but I still only get a single copy of the Bootleg.pml and not a copy of the Bootleg_1 as before so I am at a loss. will give it one more try after sending this but cannot see anything obvious I have not done.

It's not the user's fault. I think clean booting Windows and rerunning a trace might help. If the system is already in clean boot mode, simply retry the boot trace.
any suggestions to what I am doing wrong as I just follow the promts?
Unfortunately, the new trace is corrupt.
Done that Ramesh and it was definitely on 1 when I first checked and then changed when I checked again about 30 seconds later. I have put the file into One Drive, I am only getting the one file now and not the Bootlog_1 but I have done nothing different.
