I tried to Factory Reset my computer and it failed 3 times, and now I can't login.

First time I factory reset my computer it cailed and said "Undoing changes" as it did that it brought up my login screen. I go to login but now I am locked out behind an Error that persists with User Profile service Failed. So I go to factory reset again. It does the same thing. Undoes the changes and says that same error. I go for the third time but this time it is to fully wipe the computer. Gets stuck at 46% for 2 hours and then fails. Still the same error. I have been following guifes to do stuff in safe mode, but as I login to safe mode I am met with a blank white canvas, and cannot access anything at all. The window key + R or X does not work at all. I would like to fix this ASAP, it has been stressing me out. I don't know what to do.

    Under Safe mode, please try these methods:

    > Restart Windows Explorer:

    1. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager
    2. Choose the Processes tab.
    3. Scroll down and find Windows Explorer
    4. Right-click on it then select Restart.

    > Check the status of User profile services:

    Press Windows + R, type Services.msc and press Enter.

    Look for User Profile Service

    Right-click on it and start the service.

    Double-click on it then set the Startup type to Automatic.

    Check if you are able to log-in.

    Hm, okay. Well can we retract a bit then. Are there any other solutions to solving User Profile Service Failed? Right now I am in safe mode, but I see nothing but a white screen, but I can open up Task Manager.

    Thanks for the reply. Even with the option to remove everything, the only way to perform a clean installation would be through a USB, as you need to create installation media for this process. If that's not possible right now, I suggest visiting a local tech store or borrowing one from someone you know. Also, make sure that the USB is empty with at least 8 GB of space.

    I do not have a USB or another computer, but if I don't want to save any files, how would I go about doing the clean installation? Cause I have tried to do the Factory Reset with saving no files and it got stuck at 46% and froze for 2 hours. I don't mind losing everything, I just want to get back into my PC.

    If the reset options don't work, I would recommend that you perform a clean installation of your Windows OS. This will wipe your system and address advanced issues:

    Find an empty USB drive with at least 8 GB of space and a working computer, then follow the steps below:

    1. Click this link: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
    2. Run the tool, create a bootable USB drive or ISO file, and deselect the 'Use the recommended options for this PC' box to choose the correct language and edition.

    Once the process is done:

    1. Connect the installation media to your PC.
    2. Start your PC and press any key to continue. Click Next > Click Install Now.
    3. When the Windows Setup starts, follow the on-screen instructions.

    Note: If prompted for a product key, click 'I do not have a product key' and then click Next.

    Make sure you install the same edition of Windows 10 (Home or Pro) that you previously had installed to avoid activation issues.
