    Hi ,

In this case, you can uninstall it directly through PowerShell if the software does not appear in the list.

    1. Open Windows Terminal (Admin) and select Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt.
    2. Copy and paste the command below into Windows Terminal (Admin) and press Enter to see a list of all 3rd party drivers from the driver store.

    dism /online /get-drivers /format:table

    1. Note the Published Name (for example, "oem13.inf") of the driver you want to uninstall.
    2. Type the command below in Windows Terminal (Admin) and press Enter (See screenshot below)

    pnputil /delete-driver <"Cirrus"> /uninstall /force

Replace <Published name=""> in the command above with the actual Published Name (e.g. "oem13.inf") of the driver (NVIDIA) you want to uninstall from step 3.

    For example: pnputil /delete-driver oem13.inf /uninstall /force

    1. When finished, you can close the Windows Terminal (Admin).
    2. Will download these drivers and install them one at a time.

    Hi ,

Install the driver manually Go to device manager > Intel High Definition DSP > properties > details tab > Hardware ID copy and paste here.

Then take a screenshot of the Sound, video and games tab and post it here.
