Hi ,
In this case, you can uninstall it directly through PowerShell if the software does not appear in the list.
- Open Windows Terminal (Admin) and select Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt.
- Copy and paste the command below into Windows Terminal (Admin) and press Enter to see a list of all 3rd party drivers from the driver store.
dism /online /get-drivers /format:table
- Note the Published Name (for example, "oem13.inf") of the driver you want to uninstall.
- Type the command below in Windows Terminal (Admin) and press Enter (See screenshot below)
pnputil /delete-driver <"Cirrus"> /uninstall /force
Replace <Published name=""> in the command above with the actual Published Name (e.g. "oem13.inf") of the driver (NVIDIA) you want to uninstall from step 3.
For example: pnputil /delete-driver oem13.inf /uninstall /force
- When finished, you can close the Windows Terminal (Admin).
- Will download these drivers and install them one at a time.
