Problem in network Windows 11 24h2

After updating to the new Windows 11h2, some machines experienced network issues with both cable and Wi-Fi. They connect but don’t get network access and receive an IP address starting with 169…, resulting in no internet or network connection. I updated drivers, firmware, and reset the network settings. The machines’ MAC addresses haven’t changed. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I have the exact same issue. No wifi in the system tray, device manager shows the wifi adapter is enabled but control panel shows it as disabled. If you enable from control panel, nothing happens. If you disable in device manager and then enable it in device manager, control panel then shows it enabled. However, if you refresh the control panel window - it had immediately disabled it. Can't run troubleshooter because it just tries to troubleshoot ethernet. I, too tried a full network reset after going through control panel and device manager.

So ... is not a DHCP server issue for sure.

Stop me if I am off on something out there, but what I am seeing is that the WLAN AutoConfig services is not running, when I try to start it, Comes back with Error 1068 The dependency service or group failed to start.

I have tried a number of things and nothing yet has worked.

    Thoughts?
