you can try to fix the IP and DNS and see if works... in my case, this was the solution while Microsoft didn't fix it officially.
Problem in network Windows 11 24h2
After updating to the new Windows 11h2, some machines experienced network issues with both cable and Wi-Fi. They connect but don’t get network access and receive an IP address starting with 169…, resulting in no internet or network connection. I updated drivers, firmware, and reset the network settings. The machines’ MAC addresses haven’t changed. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

2024-10-15T05:26:11+00:00 Hello,
We are experiencing a similiar issue in our company, we tried everything possible except playing with the registry. The only know "fix" is to rollback the update. So the issue is that the network card stops working and the laptops are the ones having the most issues since the "Wi-Fi" button dissapears. After checking we saw that the "wlansvc" service is not running and we are not able to make it run (tried with normal users as well as admin user and local admin user). You can also use a "UTP dongle" to at least use a LAN cable on PCs or Laptops if you can't make the cable connection to work.
For now we have stopped the updates. If anyone has any more clues or solutions that would be most appreciated.
Regards,
Miloš
