Problem in network Windows 11 24h2

Same here, no network after upgrading to 24H2. But for us it seems that the problem is not DHCP: network adapters are disabled in control panel, but not in device manager.

Unable to enable it. It says enabled but returns back to disable immediately. If it stays for a while, it goes unable as soon as I connect an ethernet cable, or seconds after that.

Wi-Fi button in quick setting bar is totally absent.

All drivers and bios are up to date.

Several machines are concerned, HP notebook and HP desktop mini. We had to roll back to 23H2 to get back a functional network. Surprisingly, every machines are not concerned for now, even if same model...

Also, big problems with SSO in Citrix have been seen, needing a rollback to. And some machines got display problems, with persistent windows on screen even though they're really closed.

It's been a long time since an update was so catastrophic. Too bad it wasn't delayed for the wsus channel...

Not hurry to go back to work on Monday as there will surely be other machines to restore. For example on my machine, problems occured after a reboot, not right after upgrading.

Roll back to 23H2 solves the problems. For now we blocked all 24H2 upgrade!

24H2 is what is causing it. We attempted rollback to 23H2 and it did not work. So far we have several machines bricked requiring a full rebuild from scratch. We are blocking 24H2.

After updating to the new Windows 11h2, some machines experienced network issues with both cable and Wi-Fi. They connect but don’t get network access and receive an IP address starting with 169…, resulting in no internet or network connection. I updated drivers, firmware, and reset the network settings. The machines’ MAC addresses haven’t changed. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Veja se você tem a opção 43 habilitada no seu DHCP Server.

Resolvi o problema aqui desativando essa opção.
