Problem in network Windows 11 24h2

After updating to the new Windows 11h2, some machines experienced network issues with both cable and Wi-Fi. They connect but don’t get network access and receive an IP address starting with 169…, resulting in no internet or network connection. I updated drivers, firmware, and reset the network settings. The machines’ MAC addresses haven’t changed. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

To be clear. Our computers don't even have Wifi and/or Ethernet icons so impossible to contact any DHCP server. When you click on network icon we have no wifi available and no SSID available. So is not a DHCP problem.

But this is the problem, how to request the people who is working at home to access their ISP router, and deactivate the option?

I see that this solution will work for a few people, but not for a large group......

It was working perfectly before the upgrade, so there is something different in the 24H2 that must be fixed..

Hi, I had exactly the same issue.

Few users at home that has Vivo as ISP provider are not capable to receive the IP from the VIVO router. Fixing the IP works...

The impression that I have is that the Vivo router is not "compatible" with the Windows 24H2. I mean, it seems that the Windows 24H2 is not capable to "understand" the IP provided by the router..... it is clear that it is a DHCP issue...

The issue happens either with Cable (wired) or WiFi (wireless) connection. So it is not a driver issue or network card model.....
