Problem in network Windows 11 24h2

After updating to the new Windows 11h2, some machines experienced network issues with both cable and Wi-Fi. They connect but don’t get network access and receive an IP address starting with 169…, resulting in no internet or network connection. I updated drivers, firmware, and reset the network settings. The machines’ MAC addresses haven’t changed. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

We are also experiencing this same behavior in our network. We are an all Dell shop and have had this happen on several different model laptops. Each of which rolling back the update has resolved the problem. @Microsoft we need a fix and we need answers as to what is happening, it almost seems like a permission issue of some sort with the behavior we are seeing.

I had no problem with the access to the internet. But my NAS disappeared from the explorer There was no way of getting access to my data. I used the chat function of Microsoft, and the technician confirmed (after consulting other people) that I am not the only one to have this problem. He recommended a roll-back. This went smoothly, and now I have access to the NAS as before. I hope that Microsoft will edit a new version of the update, soon.

I tested all the configurations you provided, but it still doesn’t receive a DHCP IP from the provider. :-\ I had to revert the last machine to 23h2.

The problem occurs only with a Brazilian provider called VIVO.
