Windows 11, "no audio devices found" both input and output. What happened to the speakers in my laptop?

I’ve been having the same problem for some time. Yesterday, I reset my BIOS to “ BIOS Defaults” and everything seems to be back, working as intended!!
My ‘Realtek Microphone Array’ disappeared some time ago. After trying various downloads as mentioned on this thread my Realtek Audio Speakers disappeared as well!!
I decided to try resetting BIOS and within a few minutes all my Audio settings were back working properly.
oh boy all i need is sound output
Install driver and keep speaker input
Download audio driver from your motherboard manufacturer's site and install it, See your tube driver installation video
my speaker is missing
