Windows 11, "no audio devices found" both input and output. What happened to the speakers in my laptop?

My fix was going to Dell Support, entered my Service Tag #, then selected "Drivers & Downloads" from the left side menu. From there it ran a scan and suggested a list of updates for Raeltex Drivers. I downloaded and installed them,,,problem solved. All back to normal.
What error message you gettinga
