    Hi ,

    I have the same question here, My setupact.log

    I had used Windows PC Health Check Setup to check my PC and get a positive result. But always get failed when upgrade my Windows PC from 22H2 to 24H2. (I had used Windows 11 Installation Assistant to upgrade or used USB with Windows 24H2 ISO)

    Pls someone here can help me to solve the upgrade problem.

    Thanks a lot !

    I have the same apparent problem. I am not seeing the registry fix script when I follow the link mentioned in some of the earlier exchanges in this thread. Has it expired?

    Here's a link to my setupact.log Is there any other information needed to diagnose the issue on my system?

    Thanks for any help someone can provide.

    @DavidHorne:

    (Based on the supplied setupact.log)

    Download RegBak and run it. Create a registry backup.

    Open Regedit.exe and go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

    Delete the following subkey.

    • S-1-5-21-2001762966-3714454678-3319139375-1009

    Exit the Registry Editor.

    Rerun the Windows 11 setup now.
