Kind of a crazy response from Microsoft.
This update is totally corrupt and it’s a problem from Microsoft’s end. I’m a systems administrator and spent 1 month with our external IT team running background scripts to push this update through to over 12 different PCs. At one point it gave me an error saying the PC was not compatible, when the laptops were all brand new.
After OVER A MONTH we finally got all systems up to date…weird because according to Microsoft the system was not compatible?
Saying this is a system problem and “try clearing your cache” is a joke. Be honest and admit you guys released a corrupted version update, that’s at least respectable.
New means there was nothing on them which is better than the average user. If I charged out my time to the partner, 9 weeks on one PC...it is a disaster area but there are some that pretend it isn't. Probably Microsoft share owners. There is some great help out there online but an awful lot that isn't. The Insider posts that you find are the most useful that had similar issues with drivers.
